1.
Design and develop software components forautomation systems for metal industry, using C++/C#/UML/OOAD/CORBA.
2.
Modify existing software to correct errors, toadapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
3.
Process control system software testing.
4.
Documentation of the software systems developedby internal project teams.
5.
Deliver projects on-time and to specificationwith an appropriate level of quality.
6.
Coordinate installation of software system.
7.
Monitor functioning of hardware to ensure systemoperates in conformance with specifications.
8.
Do on-site commissioning of level 2/level 3software systems as needed. Requirements:
1.
Fluent in English
2.
The knowledge of automation control system and metallurgicalprocess.
3.
Previous C/C++ programming experience in adistributed operating system environment. Java experts are also considered.
4.
CORBA programming with C++/JAVA
5.
GUI development technologies such as MFC /.NET/C++ experience using Visual Studio .NET 2002 or later.
6.
Relational data base experience utilizingstandard SQL, preferably Oracle8i/9i/10g.
7.
Logical and physical multi-tier architectures.
8.
Proven understanding of the system developmentlife cycle and development methodologies.
9.
CVS (version control system), Rational Rose andUML.
10.
Generalcomputer system knowledge such as networking, TCP/IP protocol, operating systeminstallation / configuration, etc.
11.
Teamspirit and communication skills
12.
Willingand able to travel both inside and outside China frequently.

Work for metallurgic automation system such assteel making, continuous casting, hot rolling mill, cold rolling mill andprocessing line.
2.
Metallurgic automation system design andhardware engineering.
3.
System configuration including TCSconfiguration, PLC configuration, HMI configuration, instrument selection,cable selection and engineering, hardware component selection.
4.
System disposition plan and layout.
5.
System diagram including single line diagram,signal list, terminal list, terminal diagram, cable list.
6.
On Site erection and commissioning supervision.
7.
Instructing or answering questions duringmanufacture phase. Requirements:
1.
Good English
2.
The knowledge of automation control system.
3.
The knowledge of metallurgical process.
4.
Familiar with E-plan and AutoCAD
5.
Familiar with PLC, drive system knowledge, likeconfiguration, communication and so on.
