Requirements/要求:
1.University degree with major in Human Resources or Business Administration;大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷,人力資源或工商管理專業(yè);
2.Experience in in-house human resource is preferred;有相關(guān)人力資源工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
3.Deep understanding of internal corporate hr process;熟悉企業(yè)內(nèi)部人力資源工作流程
4.Knowledge in local labor law and policy;熟悉本地勞動(dòng)法規(guī);
5.Self-motivated, able to handle multi-task and can work under pressure;自我激勵(lì),能夠處理多重工作,能在壓力下工作;
6.Able to deliver results before deadlines, and internal customer oriented;結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,有較強(qiáng)的客戶意識(shí);
7.Good communication and interpersonal skills;良好的人際溝通技能;
8.Team player;良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
9.Good command of written and oral English, CET6 is a must;良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力,必須通過(guò)CET6;
10.Good PC skill.計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用熟練;
